How to make your money fight the climate crisis

Written by Lori Campbell on 19th Apr 2022

As a Good With Money reader, you’ll know that changing how we save, invest and bank our money can be one of the most impactful things we can do as individuals to fight the climate crisis. But with so many financial providers now offering “ethical” or “sustainable” options, it can seem like an overwhelming and confusing task.

We’ve teamed up with the Something Club, an online community exploring climate action, for a lunchtime learning event on April 25 at 12:30pm to help you navigate sustainable finance more easily. Good With Money co-founder Lisa Stanley will be giving her top tips and advice on how to make your money work better for us and the planet.

There will also be a live Q&A to give you the opportunity to ask Lisa any questions you have about your finances and how to make them work for your future as well as the planet’s.

It’s not one to be missed – book your ticket here!

The Something Club is an online community where everyone becomes a climate leader, and everyone is welcome. It’s a space for members to explore what climate action means to them and create incredible change – close to home, in their community and beyond.

It is built on the belief that responding to the climate and nature crisis needs everyone, so while members have the option to pay a monthly membership fee to support the project, there is also a Buy One, Give One subscription model that enables anyone to attend, regardless of their ability to pay.

The good news is, we have TWO Something Club memberships to give away. To be in with the chance of winning, simply follow @GoodMoneyGirl on twitter and leave a comment under one of our posts about this live event.

We look forward to seeing you there!
